This annealing furnace is designed on the basis of the improved Sendzimir process technology. According to the product grade (CQ) requirements and the corresponding annealing heat treatment curve, the strip is heated, insulated, cooled and homogenized. The recrystallization annealing of the strip is completed and the strip reaches the required temperature 440-460℃(Low aluminum and low magnesium) before entering the zinc pot. The strip was successively heated to 650-720℃ by an open-fire heating furnace, and the oil on the surface was evaporated. Then, the strip will be put into a radiant tube reduction furnace to maintain a flexible heat treatment system. The weak oxide film on the surface of the strip was reduced in H2+N2 protective atmosphere. Then the strip enters the insulation section, and the heated strip is kept at the required temperature according to the requirements of the heat treatment system. The atmosphere is protected by H2+N2. After the annealing is completed, it enters the circulating jet cooling section. According to the cooling rate requirements of annealing process, the high-efficiency jet cooling device is used to effectively cool the strip from the heat treatment temperature to 440-460℃(Low aluminum and low magnesium) before entering the zinc pot. The strip goes into the zinc pot through the hot tensioning chamber and the furnace nose.
